It's a night of conflict and confrontation on the hospital drama as
young Dr. Gallant finally loses his cool over the callous treatment
given to an senile elderly patient under his care. He later has a
violent confrontation with Dr. Pratt after he reports a suicidal Army
Ranger -- whom Gallant promised to protect. Elsewhere, Dr. Kovac gets
physical in a different way with the mother of a little girl facing
kidney failure. Meanwhile, Dr. Carter is less than thrilled when he
discovers that Abby was drinking on a night out with her girlfriends
and Dr. Weaver finds herself making repeated -- and embarrassing --
mistakes.

When Grissom and his team are called to a hotel hosting the annual
Little People's convention, they find one of the members hanging from
his hotel room, but there are doubts that it is a suicide. Meanwhile,
Catherine is a victim of crime herself when an unknown assailant attacks
her at the murder scene that she is investigating. Meredith Eaton
("Family Law") guest stars.

What if someone disappeared and nobody noticed? That's the question
for Jack and his team when they search for a young woman who was gone
for days before her roommate reported her missing. Complicating matters
is a clue that leads them to the church soup kitchen where the victim
was once a regular volunteer -- when they show her photo to coworker,
he insists that she has worked there under a different name. Jack
works to discover if this woman walked away from her lonely life,
or something horrible happened to her.

When Monica visits Chandler in Tulsa, what she discovers makes her
worry that he has an odd sexual fetish involving sharks. Either she's
mistaken, or this comedy just took a very dark turn.
