Miss America 2002

Wayne Brady ("Whose Line Is It Anyway?") hosts as 50 relentlessly
cheerful women compete for the historic tiara and other assorted bragging
rights. For the first time ever, the American television audience
can voice their opinion about which contestant should win the swimsuit,
evening wear and talent competitions by logging on to polls at ABC.com.
Results will be announced during the competition, but they won't affect
the final vote. Backstage, the 46 non-finalists will be interviewed
about the other contestants and get to vote on who they think should
win. Pray for cattiness!

Awards

Hosted by "Saturday Night Live" comedian Darrell Hammond, the two-hour
presentation is set to highlight the Awards' 58 categories that aren't
trendy enough for Sunday's Emmy broadcast. Tonight's awards include
Outstanding Guest Actor/Actress in a Comedy Series Outstanding Guest
Actor/Actress in a Drama Series and Outstanding Non-Fiction Program.
Spoiler alert: a [bleep]ing MTV show wins in the latter category.

Film Trio
6:00 P.M. EST -AMC-
AMC airs three classic Audrey Hepburn films back to back tonight,
starting at 6 p.m. with "Breakfast at Tiffany's," in which she plays
the enigmatic Holly Golightly. At 8 p.m., Hepburn stars as a princess
who runs away with Gregory Peck's newsman in "Roman Holiday." Finally,
Professor Henry Higgins tries to turn Eliza Doolittle into a proper
gentlewoman in "My Fair Lady" at 10 p.m.
